New Delhi: Veteran Bollywood actor Paresh Rawal today had a cheeky response to rumors of his death.
Reacting to news reports that the Hera Pheri actor passed away at 7 am, Paresh Rawal, in a cheeky response, said ,'”.Sorry for the misunderstanding as I slept past 7am …!”
Earlier, news reports said that Paresh Rawal had passed away at 7 am on Friday.
Paresh Rawal has joined the list of actors who have fallen prey to death rumors.
These include Kirron kher , Mukesh Khanna, Lucky Ali, Nafisa Ali, Meenakshi Seshadri, and Tabassum .

It is notable that Paresh Rawal had tested positive for Covid-19 in March, two weeks after taking the first dose of the vaccine. He had tweeted to inform about his health and asked those who have come in contact with him in the past few days to get themselves tested.
Recent weeks have witnessed an unprecedented surge in covid cases in the country.
Over 3 lakh cases have been recorded in the country for the last two weeks.
In recent months, several celebrities from tinsel Town have died from coronavirus infection.
These include music composer Shravan Rathod, actor Bikramjeet Kanwarpal and film editor Ajay Sharma.
Several celebrities from the world of entertainment and politics have in recent weeks been infected with the coronavirus infection.
These include former Congress president Rahul Gandhi, former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, Kerala chief minister Pinari Vijayan, Karnataka chief minister B S Yeddyurappa, actors Aamir Khan, Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Sanjay Leela Bhansali, Satish Kaushik Akshay Kumar, television Actor Hina Khan, Rupali Ganguly and Aditya Narayan.
The worsening covid situation in the country, especially in Maharashtra, has adversely impacted the earnings of Bollywood films Roohi, Mumbai Saga, Sandeep Aur Pinky Faraar, Saina, Koi Jaane Na and Flight.
It has also led makers of mega starrer Haathi Mere Saathi, Bunty Aur Babli2, Chehre , Sooryavanshi , Satyamev Jayate 2, and Toofan to postpone the release of their films due to the worsening covid situation.
It has also put a question mark on the release of mega starrer scheduled for release in cinemas in next few months.
