New Delhi: India on Saturday recorded 3,26,098 new cases of COVID-19 during the past 24 hours while 3890 people lost their lives in the same period.
The fresh additions took the caseload and death toll to 2,43,72,907 and 2,66,207, respectively.

According to Health Ministry, Maharashtra reported 39,923 cases and 695 deaths, followed by Kerala 34,694, Karnataka 41,779, Tamil Nadu 31,892, Andhra Pradesh 22,018, West Bengal 20,839, Uttar Pradesh 15,747 and Delhi 8,506 in the past 24 hours.
On the vaccination front, total 18,04,57,579 people have been vaccinated across the country.
